Soft Power x Fiit | Introduction

These workouts were thoughtfully designed by Jacque, combining the knowledge within the Soft Power Membership and her 10+ years of experience as a fitness trainer to bring you workouts that feel great both physically and energetically. Enjoy in-depth cues for each movement that will deepen your understanding of how to care for yourself through your fitness routine.

Jacques’ story is as unique as her workouts. She has been an athlete nearly all her life and has been passionate about exercise for 20 years. She has over 10 years of experience as a fitness professional with a BSc in health and fitness management and has worked with hundreds of clients from across the globe. As someone who has experienced many injuries and 7 different surgeries, she understands what it’s like to have to start from scratch and has gained a unique perspective and experience with every recovery process. She carries a deep passion for making fitness an enjoyable act of self-care for others and takes pride in finding balance between motivation and grace to keep you feeling good.

-Equipment is optional and interchangeable, please listen to your body <3

-A self-guided warm-up or the reflector workout as your warm-up is recommended before training

-Work at a pace that feels appropriate on the day. The beauty of working for time is that you can give yourself what you need for the intensity and speed of the exercises (which will change day to day, time of day & throughout your cycle. Honor your body.
