FULL BODY STRENGTH CIRCUIT

Material | Dumbbells + barbell 

Methodology | 45 seconds workout/15 seconds rest

Exercices |

  1. Barbell front squat and press

  2. Alternating back lunge with dumbbell curl and press 

  3. Clamshell reaches (right leg)

  4. Clamshell reaches (left leg)

  5. Alternating lateral glides

Repetitions | Perform 1-4 x through. Each round is 5 minutes. 4 rounds recommended.
