EXERCISES |
Kettlebell alt goblet squat + stiff leg deadlift
Push up alt fly
Squat jump up (on to object of choice, making sure it’s stable)
Dumbbell get-ups (tuck abs modification)
Russian twist and press
REPETITIONS | Perform 1-4 x through. Each round is 5 minutes. 4 rounds recommended.
