RYTHMIC & ENERGETIC

Material | Pilates ball, dumbbells, short band

Methodology | 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest

Exercises |

  1. Pilates ball squats with alternating knee to elbow 

  2. Alternating windmills

  3. overhead marches 

  4. Banded lateral walks

Repetitions | Perform 1-5 x through. Each round is 4 minutes. 4-5 rounds recommended & a 20 minute walk/run/cycle
