STRONG ENERGY HIIT

MATERIAL | Kettlebell & dumbbell

METHODOLOGY | 45seconds work/15 seconds rest

EXERCISES |

  1. Kettlebell alt goblet squat + stiff leg deadlift 

  2. Push up alt fly

  3. Squat jump up (on to object of choice, making sure it’s stable)

  4. Dumbbell get-ups (tuck abs modification)

  5. Russian twist and press 

REPETITIONS | Perform 1-4 x through. Each round is 5 minutes. 4 rounds recommended.
