I am excited that you have decided to commit to The Authenticity Challenge.

This program is created for the Reflectors who want to eliminate their self-sabotage patterns and become responsible for their life.

It is for all of you who are ready to step into your purpose and authenticity.

All that you will learn in this course are in essence the lessons that I have acquired through my experience doing HD readings and served me the most for my personal path from darkness to leading a life that fulfills me. 

I am here to share my journey with you and this is what I am going to do. 

The knowledge gained through the Divine experience of having the opportunity to read for hundreds of people from all over the world and guide the most amazing souls has given me the chance to uncover deeper laying conditionings that The Art of Authenticity will help you transform through the teachings in this course.

The first step is to realize that it is in your hands to change.

You yourself are responsible for your life.

This can intimidate, make insecurities and doubts come up, but in the end, this is where you will find the only way to relief and a deep feeling of empowerment and sovereignty.

The moment you stop pointing to others for the things that aren't working in your life, you will discover the incredible power in you.

Deconditioning with Human Design

Decide on the kind of life you want, and then say no to anything that doesn't align with that. Saying "No" is a very powerful tool that will allow you to create magnetism and stand in your own essence.

Your Reflector Habits

Each of us has certain habits. Some of them are learned and absorbed through our upbringing, and although they seem basic because they are instilled at such a young age, we are not aware of how letting go of them can shift our whole energy.

We want to create enough space within you to be able to access vulnerable information.

For that, we will begin to gradually eliminate that blanket with which we comfort ourselves as adults.

This can come in different ways:

As a small child, did your parents put you in front of the TV to distract you and keep you calm?

Can you find an element of distraction when you reach for your computer to put on a marathon on Netflix ... etc.?

When you were a child, your family gave you chocolate, or they blackmailed you with sweets ("If you finish everything, there is dessert", "If you behave well we give you chocolate ..." etc.?)

Can you see that these behaviors have distracted you from actually being able to explore and feel all of your feelings and thoughts?

Nobody usually teaches us to welcome all our feelings with open arms. We are conditioned to tuck emotions away, creating all kinds of toxic coping mechanisms.

We have to understand that we track the polarity that resides in us. For that is, when we create resistance to a feeling or emotion, that feeling or emotion will be more attracted to us and try to stay as long as this polarization is resonating in that frequency.

To aid low emotions, to leave our field, or get out of our system, we have to learn to surrender and accept what is happening. Sitting with our feelings is one way to do it. In the following exercise, you are going to learn how to welcome emotions you might experience as negative so that they leave your system faster and the lesson can integrate with more ease and understanding.

Deconditioning with Human Design

For a long time, I had doubtful feelings about the word spirituality. But to be honest, in retrospect, I felt empty inside.

Science is backing up my experience. Lack of faith or spirituality can lead to mental health disorders, sickness, and a decreased life expectancy.

Being able to believe that there is something beyond, having the confidence that a greater benevolent force is here to support and guide us, can present itself as to create solace both in turbulent moments and in those times of gratitude.

The most important thing is that you find the kind of spirituality that works for you. And this is why sovereignty is so important for your path.

I encourage you to find a spiritual practice that works for you. For me, it has been Kundalini. But for you, it might be meditation, following a 12-step program, or going to church ... anything that creates peace of mind and cultivates the belief that there's something far greater and beyond what we can see will be beneficial for your well-being. We are all connected.

The Authenticity

I firmly believe that every single being comes into this world with an unharmed soul. Deep down, we carry the knowledge of what our purpose in this lifetime is, as well as the things we have come to experience. I believe we chose our parents and the situations and surroundings we were born into to put the appropriate obstacles in our way that will provide us with the lessons that we need to learn in this life for our souls to expand.

The Universe is always on our side, guiding us to find the essence of our soul. Furthermore, I think that's why you've come here to this course to choose your own path and uncover your authenticity.

Over the next few days, weeks, and months, you will find out about your personal truth and how to embody the energetics you had forgotten about and/or buried under the pain of the rejection of your true self.

By rediscovering the honest expression of who you are and integrating and expressing the original essence of yourself, the Universe will see you and thank you for showing up as your authentic self supporting you with all that your soul needs.

Find a quiet and uninterrupted space where you can connect with yourself.

If you're unsure about your emotions, take a moment before engaging in any of these activities to journal how you truly feel in that moment. Before you mindlessly scroll on social media, reach for that bag of chips, or send a text to someone from your past, pause and reflect.

The key here is radical honesty with yourself.
