The Gifts Diary is a daily exercise that will help you reflect on how you are living out your purpose.
At the end of the day, I want you to set aside 10 to 20 minutes to write down how your day went. Reflect on what you have done today that is in alignment with your purpose.
Replay the day in your head from waking up all the way to lunch until you have gone to bed.
Look at the interactions you have had with close people and strangers alike.
Check if you can honestly pinpoint where you have shown up authentically and relied on your unique talents to create a better, more conscious environment around you.
Then reflect upon what you could have resolved with more ease if you had access to your talents.
Becoming aware will help you navigate daily obstacles with more ease.
As you start integrating more of your purpose into your daily life, you will see and feel a huge shift. The more you trust in the magic that lies in being your unique self, the more flow you will perceive in your life.
