Actionable Rituals

As we have gotten clear on our vision, removed limiting beliefs, created new storylines and expanded our subconscious to all that is possible I want you to get really practical ( hello my 3rd line is showing)

Usually what happens is that our core feeling of safety is what we rely most on because it is such a survival instinct. We often fear letting go of the old, closing doors because we can’t see or imagine the incredible amazing thing that will come after that.

This means that we will tolerate mediocre friendships because we fear feeling alone and maybe believe that it is difficult to find friendship at this time of our life, or we are stuck in a job that doesn't align because we can’t believe that we could find something else that is more fitting and can lead to the next step.

But when the Universe sees that our door is open, even if this is to something we are not aligned or satisfied with it will not use more of its energy to help us expand, it takes the act of courage, trust, and believing in oneself and one's own worth to change that.

Remember everything we do, what we wear, what we eat, and how we talk about ourselves is communicating to the Universe what we believe to be worthy of, if we talk bad about ourselves, if we do not care about ourselves our reality will reflect that.
