About Tina
Tina has been practicing and teaching yoga for many years, leading workshops and retreats across Austria. During her studies as a veterinary physiotherapist, she discovered the transformative potential of aromatherapy and began exploring how essential oils affect our emotional and physiological bodies.
With a deep understanding of anatomy, brain function, and holistic healing, Tina now integrates aromatherapy into her yoga classes and her work with animals. Her personal experience revealed the immense impact essential oils can have across different therapeutic forms, enhancing relaxation, emotional balance, and healing.
Her teaching approach blends traditional yoga with modern needs, creating practices that are grounding, accessible, and deeply transformative.
