Anna Zimmermann is not only my business coach but one of the wisest, smartest, beautiful, and successful women I have the pleasure of working with.

How did Anna Learn about Human Design?

Anna listened to a ToBeMagnetic podcast about Human Design, got curious, and did some research about Human Design. At that time she found the system very complex and could not really relate to it except for the way she manifests as a Human Design Generator. Last year, Human Design popped up for Anna through friends and through being introduced to me.

How did the Human Design Chart Reading Affect Anna?

Her favorite thing about the Human Design chart reading with me is how applicable and empowering it is. Instead of other mystical tools, Human Design is a confirmation of her inner truth and allowed her to drop into everything she had sensed, but not 100% trusted. It makes her life easier by knowing how to understand herself better and use it as a foundation for decisions. 

What does it mean to be a Human Design Generator for Anna?

The most eye-opening moment for her during the Human Design chart reading was when she realized that as a Generator, she has to focus on doing what she loves. Being always very focused on reaching goals and following strategies in her life, Anna decided to take the opportunity to reboot and trust completely her life to her Human Design. This helps her to do the things for her business life that are easy and feel good as well as to not go anywhere where she has to push herself.

How is being a Generator affects Anna’s Decision-Making?

Most of the time Anna has to make a decision, she knows straight away what to do. Human Design empowers her to better trust in her gut feeling. For example, she used to spend much time on things where she saw a chance, and she would follow up on it. Even though her intuition was telling her, “No”.

How if for Anna to be an Emotional Generator?

Her advice to other Emotional Human Design Generators is to take what you're doing daily and just check in with everything, does it feel good, if that is what you want to do, is that something that you feel you have to do? And to daily ask questions: Do I want to do this? Yes or no? And always trust in your gut response. 

How is the experience of understanding her 2/4 Profile?

She sees two components that support her in her life and in her business. One is that she always felt a conflict within her because she likes to be by herself as well as being a social bee. Through Human Design, she finds more balance within these two sides of her and accepts that these two contrasts of her personality are supposed to be. Asking herself How am I? Am I a social person or not? What is good for me? Is it good for me to be very social and surround myself with lots of people, or is it better and more nourishing for me to spend time alone and be at home? This opened doors for her because it is so true. The second big takeaway from her 2 / 4 Human Design profile was that she started to talk about her business on Instagram to connect with a bigger audience. Before that, she never made any work-related connections online because she already had a great network. In the past all her jobs, all opportunities came through personal connections. The typical 4 is having job opportunities through people they know.

How does Anna Apply Human design to her Business?

Human Design allows her to make a little scan on her clients. She has a list of things that she learned about the Human Design energy types to see what could work for them and what could not.
