Dear students of the Transformational Human Design Teachers Training, I am writing to you to explain to those of you who are unaware and remind those who might be already knowledgeable of Maike Gabriela's and Upraising GmbH's Copyright and Intellectual Property so that all is stated clearly.

You are doing a disservice to your authenticity and the magic of discovering your own personal journey of creation if you copy, steal or imitate anything that I say or use my words without my permission, approval, and proper credit, as these are protected by my Intellectual Property.

This also includes all translations of my words and what I say in any language.

It is against the law to plagiarize my work.

There is a reason that you are encouraged to fill in the integration questionnaire inside the Transformational Human Design Teachers Training at the end of each lesson. Not only does this help you memorize information on a deep subconscious level but it also supports you in developing your own language and ways of expressing yourself.

Doing this will ensure that you are able to carve out a niche in this industry for yourself. Even though it can feel easier to copy what I put out there and pretend it's coming from you, rest assured people will know, they reach out to me to inform me and this dishonest behavior absolutely discredits your own integrity. 

The same goes for my brand aesthetic, brand colors, brand fonts, images, and anything else that tries to pretend, make false claims, or has the intention to mislead the client/consumer to try to take advantage of the trust and reputation I have been building for years with Maike Gabriela, The Transformational Human Design Teachers Training and/or any other activity that complies under Upraising GmbH.

It is your due diligence as an integral person to respect and take into account the labor, investment, and time that creating this body of work has cost me.

Its value is unmeasured by the pricing of this offering as it encompasses the past five years of my life in which I have invested in intensive studies, put in hard work, overcame challenges, learned valuable experiences that are built on my own sweat and tears to generously share them with you for your own growth and expansion. 

I know that for most of you, this is common sense, for others it can serve as a wake-up call that is rooted in honest ignorance and lack of awareness, and for those that carry ill intentions take this as a warning and let this be a remembrance that it is illegal to move against my Copyright and Intellectual Property.
