Before starting Aligned+, how would you describe your relationship with yourself, your body, and your energy on a day-to-day basis?
A: A work in progress, but gaining self awareness and evolving at what feels like light speed. That’s why I wanted aligned so much- to help me embody the right/ aligned approaches and keep de conditioning with support.
What felt hardest or most confusing about your life at that time, even if you couldn’t fully articulate it yet?
A: Knowing vs being. I was very much in my head.
What had you already tried before Aligned+ that didn’t quite land or didn’t create lasting change?
A: I have a terrific coach - but wanted something human design specific.
How did misalignment show up for you physically, emotionally, or mentally before this work?
A: Overdoing, feeling like I needed to prove my worth through actions/ status/ being busy.
Do you remember a moment, insight, or exercise in Aligned+ where something genuinely clicked for you? What changed in your understanding or behavior after that?
A: It’s the overall language that Maike uses, the examples and lived experiences as another projector- I have learned more through her modern approach and just enjoy the videos more than typical books on the subject.
What surprised you most about the process or about yourself while moving through Aligned+?

How did your decision-making, self-trust, or inner clarity start to shift while you were inside the program?
A: I’m still moving through it but I can see changes my relationship with my husband shift in beautiful ways- I am in my feminine more, I don’t defend as much- there is a groundedness we both feel! He said I’m glowing more- that he can see more of “me” shining through.
In what ways did the work feel different from other personal development or Human Design content you’d consumed before?
A: I like your website and all the different videos and workbooks as opposed to generic books the review everything. It’s nice having something that is just about you!- everything is applicable when you are ready to listen/ read.
How would you describe your relationship with yourself now compared to before Aligned+?
A: Deeper understanding, easier actually BEING myself, less proving, more settled. Less annoyed with others.
What feels calmer, clearer, or more stable in your life as a direct result of this work?
A: My pace- that was in the works but aligned supported a slower pace for sure. I’m also calmer with my teen boys who have a way of poking at my insecurities sometimes- I am less defensive and more solid in who I am and what I’m here to support.
How has your energy changed in everyday situations like work, relationships, parenting, or simply being alone with yourself?
A: Grounded, calmer, more trust in myself and our dynamics. I honor my family’s HD too- all different than mine.
What patterns, behaviors, or beliefs have you stopped tolerating since completing Aligned+?
A: I am complaining less, I don’t believe I have to be as productive as my husband or ex husband, I don’t need everyone to get me.
How do you notice alignment in your body now? What feels different on a somatic or nervous-system level?
A: I am fundamentally more aware when something is off or not aligned. I don’t always hold the boundary right away yet- but I can evaluate afterward and I’m better at sensing the “bitterness” and tightness in my chest/stomach.
What is easier now that used to feel heavy, forced, or draining?
A: I’m moving through triggers and seeing them for what they are- quicker!
Have other people noticed a shift in you? If yes, what have they reflected back to you?
A: Yes, husband feels like more of me is coming through, smiling more, letting things go more.
If you had to describe the version of you who entered Aligned+ versus the version of you now, what’s the biggest difference?
A: More accepting and empowered by being a projector- I feel it more instead of just understanding it.
What part of yourself did you reclaim or soften into through this work?
A: My divine feminine.
How has Aligned+ changed the way you relate to success, worth, or “doing enough”?
A: Slowing pace, more discerning with yes’s, taking time to write a book now- something I never considered actually doing but it feels like the way I want to engage with the world ( vs the 1:1 coaching I used to do).
Who would you say Aligned+ is for, based on your own experience?
A: Anyone curious about using HD as a framework to personal development on their terms!
What would you tell someone who feels stuck, tired of trying to “fix themselves,” or unsure if this kind of work actually creates real change?
A: Be open minded- this is such a fun experiment an totally dedicated to you!

A: It’s a self paced video archive of human design concepts that pertain to your design so you can learn, experiment and adopt what feels supportive and life changing:)
